The Friday Face-Off is a meme originally created by Books by Proxy and now hosted over at Lynn’s Books. The idea is to compare the different covers of a book with each week being a certain theme.
This weeks’ theme is a cover that is from mystery novel: ‘The impossible could not have happened, therefore the impossible must be possible in spite of appearances.’
For this theme I have gone with The Client by John Grisham.
Cover A:
Cover B:
Cover C:
Cover D:
Cover E:
Cover F:
And the winner is… COVER F!
I like this cover a lot. The dark wooded road with a lone car and the shafts of moonlight streaming through add a mysterious air.
What are your thoughts? Do you agree with my winner, or does one of the others work better for you? Let me know in the comments!
Next weeks’ theme is a book cover from a horror novel: ‘If I cannot inspire love, I will cause fear!’
I go for cover A darkly mysterious and wanting to know who she is

I like your choice but think Cover A is my favourite.
